Abstract:
PURPOSE: To selectively and excellently transmit infrared-rays in a long wavelength region and in a short wavelength region.
CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor system is provided with an optical system part 2 in which a reflection preventive film 7 with high infrared-ray transmittance of rays in the short wavelength region and the long wavelength region is installed and provided with an infrared detecting part 3 in which an infrared- ray detecting element 4 is stored in a package 5 provided with a package window member 6 having a filter film 8 to cut infrared-rays with long wavelength, and the system is built in an external casing member 1.
