Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for initiating multiplex communication equipment with a shortened period of use condition even when the operation state changes from a non-use condition to a use condition caused by error initiation, thus circumventing power exhaustion.
SOLUTION: The method for initiating the multiplex communication equipment includes; connecting an initiation unit 1, one or more units 2, 3 to be initiated, and one or more controlled mechanisms 4-9 controlled by the corresponding units 2, 3 to a common network 10; transmitting a variety of control signals at certain intervals through the network 10; and setting each unit 2, 3 into a halt condition when each unit 2, 3 is not in operation. On receipt of an initiation instruction from external equipment 12, the initiation unit 1 transmits information, through network 10 initiation, for setting each unit 2, 3 into an operation condition. Thereafter, when transmitting commands to unit 2 for a plurality of times, intervals for transmitting the initiation information and the plurality of commands are shortened than a predetermined fixed interval until response information to the transmitted commands is received.
