Title:
INJECTION MOLDED SHOE AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11170398
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily integrate a mounting unit within a groove of a shoe bottom heel at the time of injection molding by forming a push-out part in a direction separating from a side face of the groove parallel to a bottom at a site corresponding to the bottom of the groove of the unit.

A mounting unit (transparent synthetic resin hollow part) 21 is inserted into a groove 12 formed on an outer periphery of a shoe bottom heel 11. A push-outpart (flangepart) 22A is formed in a direction separating from a side face of the groove 12 parallel to a bottom BS at a site corresponding to the bottom BS of the groove 12 of the unit 21. Or, a substantially rectangular shape heel inner member (heel core) is mounted at the unit 21. And, the side face of the heel core becomes the push-out part. The heel core may be a non-hollow part (a solid part made of cork or the like). In this case, it is formed as a hollow block. Its hollow part communicates with a hollow part of the unit 21. An integral member of the unit 21 and the heel core becomes a mounting member.
