Title:
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE WITH INSTANTANEOUS HEATER BY JOULE HEAT HEATING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3783748
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong an entire lifetime and to shorten a channel to an injection unit by arbitrarily controlling power during a period until conduction of power is interrupted before flow of material is stopped, and thereby controlling material of each time flowing amount to a desired temperature with time.
SOLUTION: A controller receives an electric signal or mechanical signal from a material extruder 1, sends power of a preset voltage to electrodes 56, 57 simultaneously in the case of starting to extrude material (rubber) or slightly earlier (variable by second number) than the starting, and generates Joule heat of a predetermined amount to an electric resistance heating tube 48. A flow of heating current is continued to slightly before (before a short time of second unit) a time point of completing extrusion of the material (rubber) of one time extrusion amount. However, during this period, substantially constant voltage may be supplied or on the way of extruding step, a voltage is arbitrarily stepwisely or continuously varied, and heating amount to passing material (rubber) may be controlled according to the time.
