To provide an injection pipe device and a ground injection method, capable of efficiently performing injection in a wide range to a prescribed injection stage without deviating out of an injection target under low pressure injection.
The injection pipe device comprises an injection outer pipe 2 installed inside a borehole 1 and an injection inner pipe 3 installed inside the injection outer pipe 2. The injection outer pipe 2 includes a primary injection material discharge port 2a and a secondary injection material discharge port 2b provided at an interval in a pipe axial direction, a check valve 5 for preventing back flow in the injection material discharge ports, and a columnar space water conveyance member 6 covering a fixed range in the pipe axial direction including an upper surface of the secondary injection material discharge port 2b, or a seal grout intrusion prevention covering member 7 covering the columnar space water conveyance member 6 further. The seal grout intrusion prevention covering member 7 is configured to make a secondary injection material to be injected in the ground through the injection inner pipe 3 pass through. Seal grout 4 is filled inside a gap between a hole wall of the borehole 1 and the injection outer pipe 2.
