SOLUTION: An energizing mean to energize and hold a steel ball valve body 6 (valve body) to a sheet surface 2b is a leaf spring having a support arm extending toward the steel ball valve body 6, a circularly stamped out part as an opening along an outline of the support arm, a fan-shaped cut-out, and an injection hole 7g to inject fluid, and rubber elastic sheet 8 is provided.
