Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector control device capable of effectively suppressing the temperature rise of a low-side switch.SOLUTION: In the injector control device, there are provided a clamp circuit 34 for limiting a voltage to be applied to a switching element 30 as the low-side switch to a predetermined upper limit voltage, and in addition a switching element 44 inserted into feedback wiring 40 branching from connection wiring between an electromagnetic coil 50 and the switching element 30 and reaching a booster circuit part 10. When the switching element 44 is turned on, flyback energy generated by the electromagnetic oil 50 is fed back via the switching element 44 to the booster circuit part 10 and arc-extinguished. On the other hand, when the switching element 44 is turned off, the flyback energy is arc-extinguished by the switching element 30 provided with the clamp circuit 34. Thus, the working frequency of the switching element 30 for the purpose of arc-extinguishing the flyback energy can be reduced to suppress the temperature rise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
