Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector capable of relaxing a pressure change inside each chamber when reciprocating a pressurizing mechanism and capable of improving the service life of structural parts such as a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: This injector 1 is provided with a first outside inflow part 13 for the fluid F to be fed by the pressure, a first outside outflow part 14, a connection inflow part 41 communicated with the first outside inflow part or the first outside outflow part, a connection outflow part 22, a second outside inflow part 31 communicated with the connection inflow part or the connection outflow part, a second outside outflow part 32, a first chamber 40, a second chamber 50, suction check valves 61 and 71, discharge check valves 66 and 76, a pressurizing mechanism 80, an operating fluid inflow part 90 for flowing the operating fluid A for reciprocating the pressurizing mechanism into/from at least one of both the chambers, energizing diaphragms 100 and 120 provided outside of the pressurizing mechanism, and energizing means 110, 115, 130 and 135 for energizing the energizing diaphragms inward in a body B of the injector 1.
