To provide an ink capable of preferably manufacturing a color filter for a liquid crystal by ink-jet method, a method for manufacturing a high grade color filter in good productivity, a color filter, a high grade image display device and a liquid crystal display.
The ink comprises water, a water-soluble organic solvent, pigments and a curable resin, at least two hinds of dyes each having a specific structure as pigments and a polymer compound having two kinds of repeated units each having a specific structure and having a acid value of 140-170 mg KOH/g. The method for manufacturing the color filter is processed by forming a pixel on a substrate with the ink. The color filter is manufactured by the method. The image device display and the liquid display have each the color filter.
