Title:
INK-JET HEAD AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001063068
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To produce a highly accurate ink supply path at a low cost by providing an ink-jet head with a nozzle hole and a groove serving as the ink supply path formed as the same member.

A nozzle plate 3 is bonded on the upper surface of a liquid room forming plate 1. In the nozzle plate 3, a nozzle hole 11 including a nozzle inlet part 11a communicating with a pressure room 6, and a fine groove 14 comprising an ink supply path 13 as a communication groove serving also as a fluid resistor part, communicating with the pressure room 6 and a common ink room 8, are formed. The nozzle hole 11 and the ink supply path 13 are formed as the same member. Thereby, since the ink supply path 13 serves as a fluid resistor so that the ink inflow to the common ink room 8 side can be restrained, ink droplet ejection can be carried out efficiently, and ink droplets can be jetted by all channels.
