Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform halftone recording in low running cost without generating clogging in an ink jet recording apparatus adapted to a printer or a facsimile.
CONSTITUTION: An opening part 13 is formed to the under surface of a container 11 and solid ink 15 is received in the container 11 on the side of the opening part 13 and water 14 is received therein on the upper side of the solid ink and a heating means 16 is provided on the upper surface of the container 11 to constitute an ink jet device 12.
