PURPOSE: To obtain a weather resistant inlay floor cover which consists of a base material and an adhesive and has a special design effect by forming one or more selectively adhering adhesive matrix layers that can cover the base material.

CONSTITUTION: This material is constituted of essentially a base material and an adhesive in which spherical or substantially spherical particles having an aspect ratio of about 2:1 or less are embedded. And, the material consists of one or more selectively adhering adhesive matrix layers that can cover the base material. The base material is a flexible mat or non-asbestos felt sheet and furthermore a printed layer contacting with the base material, and the printed layer consists of a gelled or foamed resin layer. And, its surface has a printed layer with ink. The main component of the adhesive matrix layer is a homopolymer or copolymer of polyvinyl chloride.
