Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction type insect trap sucks air by a fan or the like and forcibly absorbs the insect coming to the vicinity of a suction opening, and, from the problem of environmental contamination at the manufacturing time of an ultraviolet ray lamp, moreover, it is desired to suppress the use as much as possible, in response to the desire, there has been developed the insect trap which is enabled to irradiate an ultraviolet ray by an LED, although this LED is excellent in thermal efficiency, it emits the heat, which has to be released.SOLUTION: A suction type insect trap is equipped near a suction opening with an LED type ultraviolet radiator. The ultraviolet radiator has a cylindrical body having a space therein, and has not only an opening in the portion near the suction opening but also at least another opening, in which the heating part of the LED is caused to abut against or exposed to.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
