PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside casting defect prevention method to a titanium precision casting method, because, when titanium molten metal passes through a sprue hole of a casting ring and then flowing in a casting die cavity, inert gas together flows in the casting die cavity, resulting in inside casting defect.SOLUTION: A titanium continuous gap connection structure is installed on a sprue hole of a casting ring, so that inert gas is prevented from flowing in a casting die cavity, so that occurrence of inside casting defect is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
