Abstract:

SOLUTION: This device is let detecting current flow at the time of applying a specified voltage between an inner face contact object 3 held in contact with the inner face detection area 14 in the photoreceptor drum 1 and the reference face contact object held in contact with an external surface on the photoreceptor drum 1, and deciding as conduction being inferior due to the presence of such as the dirt caused by the bounce back or the like of the photosensitive layer with regard to an inner face detection area 14 in the photoreceptor drum 1 when the detected current value is lower than the reference value.
