Title:
VIBRATION CONTROL RUBBER MOLDING FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3845231
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control rubber molding capable of easily discovering a thick part of a flash to prevent generation of crack by visual inspection of light permeability through the flash and easily determining defect of a die.
SOLUTION: This molding has a flash 16a and includes silica powder and carbon black, and an amount of the carbon black included is set (a) a part of the flash <1 mm thick is substantially either white or gray and either transparent or translucent and (b) a part of the flash ≥2 mm thick is substantially black and opaque, and the flash 16a can be thereby determined whether having the part of 2 mm thick or more by visual inspection. An amount of silica powder included is 20-70 phr to 100 phr of rubber component while that of the carbon black is 40-60 phr, and a weight ratio as carbon black/silica powder is 20/80-0.5/99.5. Light permeability of the flash 16a is ≥20% when the thickness thereof is 1 mm and ≤5% when 2 mm.
