Abstract:
To provide an insole capable of stably transmitting the forces of toe tips to a sole and building the muscles of the toes, and a shoe with the insole.SOLUTION: The insole comprises: an insole body 4A; a front thong 14A fitted to a toe-side front part of the insole body 4A; an instep side support member 16A provided at an end of the front thong 14A opposite to the insole body 4A and being in contact with the inner surface of the upper part of the shoe; and a fitting screw 58 (a fixing member) for fixing the front thong 14A. The front thong 14A has a columnar member 52 extending like a column, the columnar member 52 is provided with a female screw 56 (a female part), and the fitting screw 58 (the fixing member) is provided with a male screw 60 (a male part). The female part of the columnar member 52 and the male part of the fitting screw 58 are interconnected through an insertion opening provided in the insole body 4A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
