To provide an insole for a shoe capable of retaining the arch shape of the plantar arch, preventing the excessive pronation of the calcaneal bone and effectively absorbing a load and an impact applied thereto when walking/running and to provide the shoe having the same.
An arch-shaped sole plate 21 normally retains the shape of the plantar arch, an inside protection face 22a higher than an outside protection face 22c prevents the excessive pronation of the calcaneal bone at the side edge of the sole plate heel part 21b, and a horseshoe-shaped impact absorbing pad 24 joined with the bottom of the sole plate heel part 21b effectively absorbs the load and the impact applied to the calcaneal bone when walking/running. This constitution can greatly reduce the load applied to the foot and effectively prevent the deformation of the foot bones. When being worn from infancy through childhood while the bones are soft, this insole can correct the foot bones and support the normal growth.
