Abstract:
To realize the exact detection of even a defect part developed continuously in the running direction of a PS plate.
In this device, a digital camera for photographing a PS plate 10 under conveyance is provided. The image sensor provided within the digital camera consists of a CCD line sensor 26 having lengthwise longer light receiving elements. As a result, a detection range (a light receiving range) is lengthwise longer, resulting in representing the change in the widthwise contrast of the PS plate 10 larger and realizing in the exact detection of a defect part R even when the defect part has a shape of a longitudinal streak continuous in a conveying direction.
