Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system and an inspection chip with which it is possible to accurately control the amount of liquid moving in the inspection chip.SOLUTION: An inspection chip 2 comprises a reagent quantification unit 134 enclosed by a quantification wall 1340 and a reagent quantification surface 146. An angle formed by the outward normal N1 of a first plane 1341 to the reagent quantification unit 134 and the direction of an acting force Z1 that acts on the first plane 1341 when a centrifugal force is applied is assumed to be a working angle θ11. An angle formed by the outward normal N2 of a second plane 1342 to the reagent quantification unit 134 and the direction of an acting force Z2 that acts on the second plane 1342 when a centrifugal force is applied is assumed to be a working angle θ12. The working angle θ11 is smaller than the working angle θ12. A contact angle θ21 between a reagent and the first plane 1341 is larger than a contact angle θ22 between a reagent and the second plane 1342.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
