Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool for contours of panel work in which even a contour checking piece judged to be out of standard after manufacture can be used as it is.
SOLUTION: The contour checking piece of an inspection tool for contours of panel work is supported on a support stand 2 where a frame 2b is erected on a substrate 2a in flat-plate square shape being screwed to a surface plate 1 with a bolt 5 and is arranged around it to inspect the contours of a panel work. One pin insertion groove 1a and two pin insertion grooves 1a for inserting a base part 15a of a positioning pin 15 detachably are formed at one side and the other of peripheral surfaces that are orthogonally crossed at the surface plate part that is located around the peripheral surfaces that are orthogonally crossed of a flat-plate square-shaped substrate 2a. The insertion hole of the bolt 5 of the substrate 2 is made to have a play to displace the bolt insertion position according to a diameter to bring the peripheral surface of a plurality of types of positioning pins 15 where the diameter of the upper part of the base part 15a differs into contact with the peripheral surface of the substrate 2 selectively.
