Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the construction period, noises at the operating time, and scattering dust, by excavating the ground corresponding to the upper one floor to install a form-support floor and hanging a suspension type form-unit on the support floor through a motor-driven chain block.
CONSTITUTION: A pierced hole 9 is bored in a floor concrete N and a vertical tension bar 10 held by a horizontal material 5 is inserted in the pierced hole 9 and held by a stopper plate 11 and temporarily fixed with a nut 12. In this case, a hooking ring 15 fitting to the hook 14 of a motor-driven chain block 13 is provided at the upper part of tension bar 10. The motor-driven chain block 13 is suspended through a linking ring 18 equipped at the connection member 17 joining covering girders 16. In this state, concrete is placed in the slab N and then the ground is excavated in the state the suspension type form- unit H is hung to install a form-support floor on the ground corresponding to the lower one floor. Subsequently, the form-unit H is slid down to install it on the form-support floor and reinforcements are arranged in the form-unit H and a hollow steel pipe column is suspended and the slab concrete is placed.
