Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the projection of a speed reducer by installing the rotary side case of the case rotary type planetary speed reducer with a hydraulic motor into a pulley at the rear section of a conveyor while fixing the fixing side case of the hydraulic motor onto a speed-reducer guide fitting.
SOLUTION: The revolution of a hydraulic motor 24 is decelerated and transmitted to a pulley 18 at the rear section of a conveyor, and a conveyor belt 31 is driven. Soil and sand are loaded at the front end of the conveyor by an excavating bucket, and loaded on a dump car for transporting soil and sand arranged at a rear by the belt 31. The motor 24 is mounted into the recessed section 32 of a speed-reducer guide fitting 17 while the rotary side case 29 of a planetary speed reducer P is disposed into the pulley 18. Consequently, the motor 24 and the speed reducer P are not projected to the side from the side plate 23 of the conveyor, and do not interfere in the rear-deck side plate of the dump car for transporting muck and muck loading works do not get trouble. Accordingly, muck can be carried out efficiently because the positional relationship of the conveyor and the dump car need not be kept accurately.
