PURPOSE: To prevent dropping of a clip from a clip installing seat and effectively prevent occurrence of thermal deformation of interior items even when an installation hole of a vehicle panel is reduced in size.

CONSTITUTION: A clip 30 is provided with an engaging flange 32 whose both ends are bent outward and an engaging part 35 on a leading end of an elastic piece 33. The engaging flange 32 of the clip 30 is housed inside an engagement groove 23 of a side wall rib 22 of a clip installing seat 20. The engaging part 35 of the clip 30 is engaged with a cutout 24 of the side wall rib 22. The clip 30 is held by the clip installing seat 20 with certainty. When the elastic piece 33 of the clip 30 is press-fitted into an installation hole 41 of a vehicle panel 40, the engaging poriton 35 is disengaged with the cutout 24 of the clip installing seat 20. The clip 30 can be slid against the clip installing seat 20 for eliminating extention/contraction distortion of interior items 10.
