Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further stabilize a fixing quality after welding by heating and melting the welding surface of a resin-made attachment in a state of holding the attachment by a set jig, and welding the attachment to a member to be attached with after forming a through hole in a thin part.
SOLUTION: Press-fitting operation starting time of an attachment 2 is arranged to correspond to the time of forming a through hole 15. The attachment 2 is held by a set jig 4, and heated/melted in a vacuum-sucked state under a constant negative pressure from the non-melting side. When the through hole 15 is formed, the negative pressure rapidly reduces by infiltrating outside air. Since this rapid pressure change can be detected by a pressure sensor, the press-fitting operation starting time is judged on the basis of its detecting value. Therefore, a judgment can be made by using a detecting apparatus by this attaching method, and an accurate and stabler welding/fixing state can be obtained.
