Abstract:
To provide instant buckwheat noodle water powder dissolved in hot water or water to drink as buckwheat noodle water.
The instant buckwheat noodle water powder is obtained through blending dextrin into buckwheat extract extracted from hulled buckwheat so as to be formed into a powdery or granular state, and adding starch to the mixture in order that original white turbidity of buckwheat noodle water due to sprinkled flour reappears.
