The instant food storage vessel 2 includes: a vessel C including a vessel body 10 having a bottom surface 11 and a sidewall 12 standing from the circumferential margin of the bottom surface, the free end of the sidewall forming an opening 15, and a cover 20 clogging the opening; the bag package P made by sealing the circumferential margin of double piled water-soluble and edible films into the bag shape having a sealed space inside and stored in the vessel; and the food enclosed in the sealed space of the bag package. Protrusions 30 are protrusively mounted on the inner surface of the vessel, and the bag package is held between a pair of side by side arranged and formed protrusions.
