Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve a reduction in time up to the preparation of a report (document) by registering a flowchart data in a testing and calibration of various instruments into a computer beforehand to perform a testing automatically based on the contents thereof. CONSTITUTION:Various data of all available instruments to be managed are registered into a fixed disc 13 of instrument data managing device 1. A group of instruments to be tested or calibrated is determined to be directed to the disc 13 from a terminal 16 and instrument data necessary for the group of instruments to be inspected are outputted to a floppy disc (FD) 14. When the FD 14 is mounted on a terminal 21 on the job site where the instrument 3 is set to operate the terminal 21, a signal is applied to the instrument 3 through a voltage/current generator 22 and an output thereof is read out with a digital multimeter 23 to be outputted to the FD 14. When a data thus recorded is applied to the device 1 through the FD 14, a document such as test achievement table is prepared to be outputted. This eliminates the need for an adjustment demand form and specialists involved, thereby reducing time up to the preparation of a report (document).
