PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an end line so as to provide an excellent appearance of sense of togetherness by continuing the skin layer of a hard part constituted of a skin layer and a core layer to the skin layer of a soft part in which a skin layer, a foaming layer, and a core material layer are in order laminated, commonly with no seam. SOLUTION: A hard part 1 is constituted of a skin 3 and a core material 4. and a soft part 2 is constituted so that one end side of the skin 3 and the core material 4 constituting the hard part 12 are extended and a foaming layer 5 is provided between them. The skin 3 is provided with good appearance and touch, and made of for example PVC resin or TPC resin, easily forming a complicated recessed and projecting shape. The core material 4 is provided with strength, and made of for example ABS resin, PP, or PP composite easily forming a complicated recessed and projecting shape. For the foaming layer 5, foaming polyurethane foam is most suitable. Thickness of the soft part 2 is favorable to be 6-15mm in the foaming layer 5 and under 3mm in the skin 3 and the core material layer 4. For forming an opening part 6 at developing an air bag device, the back of the skin layer 3 and the core material 4 are respectively formed with notches 7, 8.
