To improve flexibility in design of a decoration panel.
In an instrument panel module 10, a decoration panel fitting part 26 is formed on the rear side of a vehicle of an air bag door 20. The decoration panel fitting part 26 includes a step 28 in vertical direction of a vehicle from the air bag door 20. A rear side flange part 62 formed at a retainer 36 is so formed as to be lower, by one step, than a front side flange part 58 and a pair of door support parts 42 and 44, to be joined to a rear surface 26C of the decoration panel fitting part 26. The front end side of a decoration panel 16 is extended to the vehicle front side. A front end 16A is abutted with a rear end 20A of the air bag door 20 under such condition as positioned on the front side of the vehicle, before an upper part 52A of a rear sidewall part 52 formed at a frame 40 of the retainer 36. Since the front end side of the decoration panel 16 can be extended to the vehicle front side, the flexibility in design of the decoration panel 16 is improved.
