Washing members 7a and 7b such as brush and sponge having elasticity of a shape approximated to all or a part of the surface of a disc 2 of the wheel 1 as much as possible are used. By making the washing members 7a and 7b compatible to design shapes of the surface of the disc 2 and mainly applying the members 7a and 7b to the surface of the disc 2 in a circular arc and/or a front and rear direction, the wheel 1 for the vehicle is washed. The washing members 7a and 7b are arranged to make compatible to each hole shape of all or a part of the designs constituting a hole deep in depth. By making the heights of the washing members 7a and 7b higher than a thickness dimension of the disc 2, the instrument for washing is prevented from falling when operating the instrument in the front and rear direction.
