PURPOSE: To provide an insulated pack of which the temperature of a insulating material can be confirmed with the naked eye and the cooling power can easily be ascertained.

CONSTITUTION: An insulating material 3 containing at least one of a highly water-absorptive polymer and a substance having properties as an electrolyte, a freezing point depressant, and water and an organic temperature-indicating material 4 are put into a partly or wholly transparent container 2. The amount of the material 4 to be added is 0.15-3.00wt.% based of the total of the material 3. Since the color of the insulated pack changes with temperature, the temperature of the pack itself can be confirmed by observing the color with the naked eye.
