Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation spacer for a gas insulation switchgear in which the reduction of production cost and the improvement of mechanical properties are achieved by easily molding a structure where permittivity is spatially tilted.SOLUTION: Provided is an insulation spacer 6 for a gas insulation switchgear where a high voltage conductor part 1 is insulatively supported to a metal container 2, being a hollow structure produced from an insulation material by a three-dimensional molding device, and provided with an insulation part made of an insulation material and a cavity part into which an insulating gas 4 infiltrates, the ratio of the cavity part per unit volume is increased from the side of a high voltage conductor part 1 toward the side of the inner wall face of the metal container 2, thus the insulation spacer 6 can have a structure where relative permittivity is tiltedly changed, and the maximum electric field value of the surface can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
