To provide a wiring insulator for a wire which does not damage a tree even when a tree is substituted for a pole, and which can be easily fitted to the pole at a low cost.SOLUTION: A housing 2 of a wiring insulator 1 for wiring a wire 3 to a pole 4, comprises: a wire insertion path 11 on a front side; bulge parts 13 provided on both sides thereof; and two arms 12 straddling the wire insertion path 11 from both sides. On a rear side, a recess 23 surrounded with right and left walls 21R and 21L and upper and lower walls 22U and 22B and a partition wall 25 for partitioning the inside of the recess 23 into a plurality of zones 24, are provided. On the vertical walls and the partition walls, there are a first curve recess 26 which becomes hollow to the front side, and a second curve recess 27 provided on a center part of the first curve recess, and a fitting tool 6 is passed through a fitting hole 14 provided on the right and left walls or on a reinforcement wall 28 of the partition wall, for fixing the insulator 1 to the pole 4. By the plurality of zones in the recess and the first and second curve recesses, the wiring insulator can be fitted to a tree regardless of a size of a diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
