Abstract:
To close an outflow port of a connection pipe connected to a hopper etc. with a valve body in a state where granules are inhibited from being caught between the connection pipe and the valve body in an on-off valve gear of the granules.SOLUTION: An on-off valve gear 10 of granules has: a connection pipe 14 including an inflow port 14a into which granules flow and an outflow port 14b which opens at least in a downward direction and from which the granules flow; a cylindrical body 22 including an upstream side end 22b provided with an upstream side opening 22a and a downstream side end 22d provided with a downstream side opening 22c and provided at the connection pipe 14 in a manner that the downstream side end 22d can get into/out from the connection pipe 14; a valve body 18 which opens or closes the outflow port 14b; and a valve body moving mechanism 20 which causes the valve body 18 to move forward or rearward in an opening direction of the outflow port 14b. The valve body 18 is moved toward the outflow port 14b by the valve body moving mechanism 20 to contact with the downstream side end 22d of the cylindrical body 22 and close the downstream side opening 22c. Then, the valve body 18 moves with the cylindrical body 22 to close the outflow port 14b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
