PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control valve capable of maintaining sealability between a valve element and the inner wall face of an intake port.SOLUTION: An intake control valve 13 includes a valve element 131, and an elastically deformable seal part 5 for sealing a clearance between an inner wall face 35 of an intake port 12 and the valve element 131, the seal part 5 including a bent-shape portion 61 (71) having a first hinge section 51 and a second hinge section 52 to be supporting points at the time of elastic deformation, and a connection portion 8 connecting mutually opposed sections of the bent-shape portion 61 (71).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
