Title:
INTAKE PIPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012136956
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an intake pipe that has a simple structure for reliably preventing a liquid object adhered to and resided on a wall of the inside of an intake passage from being distributed all at once in a direction in which intake air is distributed.

The intake pipe 34 includes an air supply pipe 41 for supplying sucked air to each cylinder of an internal combustion engine. The air supply pipe 41 has a cylindrical wall 51, an air intake passage 52 surrounded by the wall 51 and for distributing the sucked air, and a liquid object distribution prevention part 53 for preventing the liquid object adhered to the wall 51 inside the air intake passage 52 from being distributed in a direction in which the sucked air distributes. The liquid object distribution prevention part 53 has an inclined projection wall 61 that is inclined by an angle θ and protrudes from the wall 51 in the distribution direction inside the air intake passage. The inclined projection wall 61 therefore can prevent the liquid object from being distributed in the distribution direction when the sucked air distributes.
