A PC column beam body 1 bored with through holes 23 in the mating direction is used for each halved column section 2. The connecting reinforcing bars 22 protruded from the floor are inserted into the splice sleeves 21 of the halved column sections 2, the halved column sections 2 are butted to continuously install PC column beam bodies 1 respectively, PC steel bars 24 are inserted and fitted into the communicated through holes 23, and the butt face of the halved pillar sections 2 is sealed with mortar to form a column.
