Electric bus-bar connection is made between a power substrate 16 and a power supply side and between the power substrate 16 and a motor side, and welding joint is applied between the bus bar and each of a capacitor 13 and a reactor 14, between a substrate side terminal portion of the bus bar and each of PN terminals 20a, 20b, and between each of UVW terminals 25a, 25b, 25c and each of housing side terminals 28a, 28b, 28c. Resistance welding is used to join the terminals to each other on a stable quality basis. Furthermore, on the one-end sides of the housing side terminals 28a, 28b, 28c, plane joint plates are provided to which the UVW terminals 25a, 25b, 25c are welded, respectively. Thus, reliable joint between both terminals is actualized even in these areas.
