PURPOSE: To provide an integrated type light-receiving element with which both light-receiving sensitivity and light-emission output can be improved.
CONSTITUTION: This integration type light receiving/emitting element is composed of a translucent light-emitting element 11 having a fixed light-emitting region and also having a light-emitting layer 114 which emits light in the direction reverse to the prescribed light-emitting direction, a light-receiving element 12 which is arranged on the side opposite to the prescribed light-emitting direction of the light-emitting element 11 and receives light through the light-emitting element 11 and has the light-receiving surface wider than the light-emitting region 110, and a light interference film 118 with a light transmittivity part 131 around a high reflectivity part 130 which is opposing to the light-emitting region 110 arranged between the light-emitting element 11 and the light-receiving element 12.
