Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a frequency compensated integrated voltage divider.
CONSTITUTION: The integrated voltage divider includes partial resistors R1 and R2 composed of the line segments of polycrystalline semiconductor materials attached while covering a dielectric layer 4 on a semiconductor wafer 5. In the semiconductor wafer 5 downside the line segments respectively consisting of the partial resistors R1 and R2, wells 6 and 7 are respectively formed while having a conduction form inverse to the conduction form of semiconductor wafer 5. The dimension of all the surface area of line segments consisting of the partial resistors R1 and R2 are determined so that the ratio of these areas is equal to the ratio of the reciprocals of resistance values of two partial resistors R1 and R2.
