An interior panel structure includes: a pair of right and left muntins 9 which is attached to an interior wall surface 1 of a building and which makes an interior panel body 3 mounted in the state of being separated in a forward direction F from the interior wall surface 1; an air space 11 which is formed between a backside of the interior panel body 3 and the interior wall surface 1 between the pair of right and left muntins 9; a ventilation opening 12 which is provided in at least one of both upper and lower ends of the air space 11; and a branch air duct 13 for partially guiding air, which is circulated through a duct portion 6 in the interior panel body 3, into the air space 11.
