To provide an interior wallpaper material capable of exhibiting excellent antibacterial performances, even in locations such as a lavatory having high humidity and insufficient daylighting, a bathroom, a toilet or the like.

In the interior wallpaper material having a base layer and a surface coating layer, the surface coating layer is formed of a water-based coating material containing a synthetic resin emulsion (a), an organosiloxane compound (b) having an amino group and a silver antibacterial agent (c), and including the organosiloxane compound (b) of 1 to 100 pts.wt. and the silver antibacterial agent (c) of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion (a).
