To provide an environment allowing the usage of a newly introduced inverter control air conditioner using an existing versatile thermostat for efficiently forming a comfortable air conditioning environment.
The intermediary devices 40a-40c, 400a-400c are connected to air conditioning interfaces 30a-30c changing contact points on the basis of first room temperature values detected by own temperature sensors and set temperatures set in themselves for the air conditioning control of carrying out intermediation between air conditioners 10, 20a-20c and the air conditioning interfaces. They are equipped with detection parts 44a, 404a detecting changes of the contact points, second room temperature value acquiring parts 44d, 404d acquiring second room temperature values detected by the air conditioners, and air condition target temperature value determining parts 44f, 404e determining air conditioning target temperature values of the air conditioners on the basis of the obtaind second room temperature values when changes of contact points are detected.
