To provide an intermediate transfer belt used for an electrophotographic image for forming a device, such as a copying machine, printer, and facsimile machine, in which dropouts or color shifts hardly occur in a transfer image, while the effects of environmental temperature change on the transfer image is small, and which has durability.
A intermediate transfer belt 10 have a seamless structure, in which a base 11 and a surface layer 12 are integrally laminated with an intermediate layer 13 in between. The base comprises polyurethane urea elastomer of tension elasticity 200-400 N/mm2, in which a conductive filler is dispersed. The surface layer comprises an elastic material of surface resistance value 1010-1013 Ω sq. inside of which an insulating inorganic filler is dispersed. The intermediate layer comprises a conductive elastic material in which the conductive filler is dispersed.
