Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil which can be fabricated at a lower cost keeping it high in workability, provided at a lower product cost, and improved in product reliability.
SOLUTION: A ring side core sheet piece 81 is blanked out of a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet 51, and the side core sheet pieces 81 are laminated into a side core. A center core sheet piece 61 is punched out of an inner residual part 51a which is left behind when the core sheet piece 81 is blanked out from the steel sheet 51, and the center core sheet pieces 61 are laminated into a center core.
