Then, a first display device to be viewed by an interview candidate is configured to display only the determination result, and a second display device to be viewed by the person in charge of medical treatment is configured to display the first interview possibility/impossibility information and the second interview possibility/impossibility information. Thus, it is possible to prevent the interview candidate from grasping the reason why the interview to the patient is impossible, and to enable the person in charge of medical treatment to confirm the reason why the interview is impossible.
