Abstract:
To provide an inverted pendulum type moving body capable of preventing dirt adhering to a movement portion from adhering to a user while carrying or the like.
In a vehicle equipped with a base body 2, a wheel body 3 which is connected to the base body 2 and makes the base body 2 movable in the front/rear and left/right directions, a lower covering body 10 which is connected to the base body 2 and covers the wheel body 3 and an actuator for driving the wheel body 3, the lower covering body 10 has an opening portion 10a which makes the wheel body 3 groundable and an opening and closing cover 80 which makes the opening portion 10a openable and closable.
