Title:
INVERTER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3791393
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an inverter circuit stably without causing oscillation even if a control signal for converting DC power into AC power is interrupted.
SOLUTION: Control circuits 11-13 for detecting the short circuit current of a DC power supply E flowing through transistors Tr1-6 and interrupting a control signal being inputted to VinU terminal, VinV terminal and VinW terminal are connected with the transistors Tr1-3 having capacitors C1-C3 connected between the gate and emitter. Furthermore, control circuits 14-16 for detecting the short circuit current of the DC power supply E and interrupting a control signal being inputted to VinX terminal, VinY terminal and VinZ terminal are connected with the transistors Tr4-6 having series circuits of capacitors C4-C6 and resistors R1-R3 connected between the gate and emitter.
