Abstract:
To provide an inverter module wherein favorable heat radiation can be obtained on a switching element and thus efficient driving can be achieved.
The area of lead frames 32, 33, 34 on which MOSFETs 4u, 4v, 4w are mounted is made larger than the area of a lead frame 31 on which IGBTs 3u, 3v, 3w are mounted.
